Ex-Pitt. bakery redevelopment gets $10M state loany

"Bakery Square at Eastside, managed by Walnut Capital, will offer 216,000 square feet of office space and 174,000 square feet of retail space in the former bakery building. Four new buildings, built to certified environmental standards, will be added."
