On Saturday, Sept. 17th, 2005 over 250 runners and walkers were on Walnut Street for the inaugural Run Shadyside 5K Race.

Nearly $14,000 was raised to benefit the Ronald McDonald House and the Shadyside Chamber of Commerce. (See the results of the race.)
