What is the "Dukes Win, You Win" Promo?
Here’s how it works: every time the Duquesne Men’s or Women’s Basketball team brings home a win during the 2025–26 season, fans earn 1% off their first month’s rent at The Washington at Chatham or The Jones Tower for 2026.
When the season wraps up, we’ll tally the total number of wins between both teams and that combined number equals the percentage discount on your first month’s rent.
For example, if the teams rack up 50 wins total, that’s 50% off your first month’s rent – a slam dunk, right?
And for those nail-biting, high-energy matchups that have everyone talking? We’re even considering Double Days: select big games where wins are worth 2% off instead of 1%. (We’ll be sharing those matchups later in the season, so stay tuned!)

- Discounts are applied at management’s discretion, cannot be combined with other offers, can be cancelled or changed without notice, and are subject to availability.
