July 4th Fireworks
July 4 | Point State Park
Enjoy a family-style picnic at historic Point State Park, complete with patriotic music and food vendors. The day’s main attraction, the spectacular Independence Day Fireworks, will begin at 9:35 pm.
2023 National Senior Games
July 7-18 | David L. Lawrence Convention Center
This Olympic-style event features athletes 50 years and older with representation from all 50 states. 10,000+ competitors will be descending on Pittsburgh to compete in 18 different sporting events this summer! An event of this magnitude requires hundreds of volunteers to ensure competitions are executed at a very high level. We are looking for energetic, dedicated individuals to volunteer for the 2023 National Senior Games. Sign up

Pittsburgh Vintage Gand Prix Race Week
June 14-23 | Schenley Park
The Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix is the nation’s largest vintage street race and the largest vintage race event, spanning 10 days with two race weekends, car shows, parties, parades and motorsport events. You can buy a weekend pass for $60 or a spectator pass for $5 a day!

Picklesburgh has emerged as one of Pittsburgh’s signature events, having just been recognized by USA Today as #1 Best Specialty Food Festival in America for the third consecutive time and featured as a ‘Signature Event’ by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Tourism Office. It continues to build momentum and attract both national and international attention.
