Bakery Village is an urban town house community developed by Walnut Capital and Laurel Communities consisting of 52 townhouses within the Bakery Square campus. The townhouses range in size from 2,400 to 3,000 square feet and feature three or four bedroom layouts. Each unit has a two-car garage, an outdoor deck off the kitchen and a patio at ground level. All townhouses are equipped with several smart home features, large windows with tons of natural light and are tucked away off of Penn Avenue within Pittsburgh's East End. The Home Owners Association is managed by Walnut Capital.
