Kahla is the Senior Property Manager at our corporate office, overseeing all leasing and maintenance activities for over 1,000 units. She handles all day-to-day building and resident needs, assists with apartment rentals and prospect inquires and directs her leasing, maintenance, custodial and security staff. Kahla has excellent customer service, immaculate organizational skills, and is a natural leader. If she’s OOO, she’s probably in Florida or hanging out with her pups, Phoebe and Gigi! 

Ryan is our Maintenance Supervisor and backbone of the entire Maintenance Department, He is  responsible for overseeing and coordinating the corporate maintenance team. He makes sure all properties are in pristine condition, ensures daily maintenance tasks are completed, and assists the Regional Property Manager & Resident Managers everyday.  When he's not in the office, he's shooting par for 18!

Darah is a Custodian at several Walnut Capital properties who tends to every square inch of the buildings from the lobby to the top floors ensuring it is squeaky clean. She is reliable, punctual, very hard working and our personal favorite...a ball of fun! She loves to laugh and if she didn’t have to sleep, she’d use her extra time to party!

Dominic is a Security Officer at Hot Metals Flats. He ensures the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the property premises. He completes hourly rounds, monitors surveillance, and reports any observations, information and/or occurrences. Dominic is passionate about his work, but if he could be anywhere, he’d rather be soaking up some rays on a beach with his family.

Taylor is the Property Manager in Training at Hot Metal Flats responsible for building operations, resident inquiries, providing prospects information and more. Taylor is outgoing, friendly and always ready to help. That is... after she's had her morning coffee. She can't function without it!

Bastian is our Maintenance Technician at Hot Metal Flats. He is responsible for making repairs and upgrades that keep the interior and exterior of the building in tip-top shape. Bastian is patient, a problem-solver and an animal lover. His favorite things in life are his wife, kids, and pugs. Be careful not to step on his fresh kicks, he's also a huge sneaker enthusiast!
