It consists of three distinct properties: University Commons at Dawson Street, The Lofts at University Commons, and University Commons at McKee Place—plus The Caroline, coming in Fall 2027. Our award-winning community is ready to offer you an exceptional living experience.
Whether you’re planning on living alone or moving in with some of your besties or bros, our floor plans have spacious living areas and private bedrooms to fit your needs. Apartments include updated interiors, kitchens, and bathrooms. Some units have exposed brick, original fireplace mantles, and outdoor patios. Plus, laundry facilities are in the building and parking is available in our private lots for an additional fee.
