Gray Swan AI secures space in Bakery Square

Gray Swan AI has moved to Bakery Square, more than quadrupling its presence in the city.

The artificial intelligence safety startup raised a $40 million Series A round earlier this year and had previously been based in a 4,200-square-foot space in Shadyside. Through a sublease negotiated by JLL, the startup is taking over a 19,000-square-foot space in the former Phillips space in Bakery Square Office Three with terms to add additional space as needed.
