Gregg Perelman and Todd Reidbord Honored at 2026 Squirrel Hill Treasure Awards

Walnut Capital's founding partners, Gregg Perelman and Todd Reidbord, were recognized as 2026 Squirrel Hill Treasures at the Squirrel Hill Urban Coalition's annual Treasure Awards Dinner on Thursday, November 5, at the Pittsburgh Golf Club.

The annual celebration recognizes individuals and organizations that have made a lasting impact on Squirrel Hill and the greater Pittsburgh community. This year's event celebrated Gregg and Todd for their leadership, contributions to Pittsburgh's development, and commitment to the communities they serve.

As CEO and President of Walnut Capital, Gregg and Todd have played an instrumental role in transforming Pittsburgh's neighborhoods through thoughtful development, historic preservation, and long-term investment. Their shared vision has helped shape Walnut Capital into one of the city's leading real estate development and property management companies.

Beyond their work in real estate, both have remained dedicated to strengthening Pittsburgh through community involvement, local partnerships, and civic leadership.
