Another year, another reason to celebrate!

Walnut Capital is celebrating its award-winning Pittsburgh apartment communities and team members following the 2026 Pennsylvania Apartment Association (PAA) Keystone Awards, held on September 17, 2026, in Pittsburgh.

Our properties earned recognition across Leasing, Maintenance, and Exterior Excellence, while three of our incredible team members received individual honors. From Bakery Living to Walnut Towers, our Pittsburgh apartment communities had quite the night!

And while we love bringing home a little hardware, these awards mean so much more. They're a reflection of the people who help our residents find their happy place and make our communities feel like home.

What Are the PAA Keystone Awards?

The Pennsylvania Apartment Association's annual Keystone Awards recognize apartment communities and multifamily housing professionals for their achievements in property management, leasing, maintenance, and community presentation.

For our Walnut Capital team, the awards are an opportunity to celebrate the hard work that goes into managing and maintaining apartment communities throughout Pittsburgh.
