Kahla is Walnut Capital’s Senior Property Manager and resident chaos coordinator, expertly juggling leasing, maintenance, and whatever wild curveballs the day throws her way. A born-and-raised Pittsburgher and proud Slippery Rock grad, she swapped serving tables for managing properties and never looked back. Equal parts calm and comedy, Kahla somehow keeps the fires out while keeping everyone laughing. When she’s not running the show, she’s chasing her son, Waylon, cleaning for fun (yes, really), or wandering the aisles of Target pretending it’s self-care. Her idea of downtime? A Law & Order marathon and a Nappy Roots soundtrack reminding her—it’s a good day.

Kellie is our Senior Leasing Consultant with over 20 years of experience. She starts everyday with a cold glass of iced tea before tackling her daily duties of assisting residents, answering prospect inquiries and giving tours of our available apartments. She is bubbly, talkative and the office comedian!

Kaiya is a Leasing Consultant at the corporate leasing office who fell in love with the position right off the bat! She is quick to learn, very organized and reliable. Kaiya enjoys her day to day and always gets the job done with a smile on her face! Outside of work, she loves spending time with friends and family and obsesses over cosmetology and fashion (can’t you tell??) Don’t wear black socks with white shoes around her… just take our word for it.

John is the Painting Manager for Walnut Capital, responsible for leading the painting team by organizing all special projects, turnovers, and ensuring all units are ready for new residents upon move in. John enjoys hands-on work, prides himself on his attention to detail, and isn't afraid to tackle the hard jobs. Did we mention his extreme love for Google docs? A necessity to stay organized! 

Dylan is a Maintenance Technician for our corporate properties with a background in construction and roofing. Each day Dylan makes quick work of his maintenance tasks and assures all properties are clean and tidy. He enjoys interacting with our residents, is always happy and absolutley ADORES his two dogs (yes, the caps are necessary). Have a free weekend? Check out his hardcore band - he's the vocalist!

Danielle is the Property Manager at University Commons. She is very popular among the residents and always addresses their needs or concerns with a smile. Danielle also deals with all prospect communication, gives tours and processes applications. She is genuine, very friendly and always willing to help. Something you didn’t know about her? She LOVES pickles! They’re an obsession of hers.
