Jason is our diligent Plant Manager, who takes pride in overseeing the smooth operation of our facility. With a keen eye for detail and a dedication to ensuring a positive work environment, Jason plays a crucial role in the day-to-day functioning of our plant. While he loves where he works, he'd rather be travelling to Antarctica! Oh, and he's also a dedicated cat person, and shares his home with his very own (and very large!) cat.

Meet Wayne, our skilled Plant Engineer who ensures the smooth operation of our facility. With his keen eye for detail and a background in the U.S. Air Force, Wayne brings a disciplined and precise approach to his role. As a Plant Engineer, Wayne's primary responsibilities revolve around monitoring the plant's functionality and promptly responding to work orders. With his expertise and technical knowledge, he tackles challenges head-on, ensuring that any issues are resolved efficiently to maintain optimal plant performance. Outside of work, Wayne enjoys listening to music and supporting our Pittsburgh sports teams like the Steelers and Pirates. He is also a self-proclaimed fitness freak, prioritizing his physical well-being and enjoying activities that challenge and energize him. Wayne brings a unique blend of expertise and passion to his role, and we're lucky to have him as part of the Washington at Chatham team!

Meet Chris, our versatile Maintenance Technician who brings a wealth of skills and a passion for problem-solving to our team. With a diverse range of responsibilities, Chris ensures that our community remains in excellent condition. Whether it's performing repairs or tackling drywall work, Chris's attention to detail ensures that each task is completed to perfection. 

Chris's journey to becoming a Maintenance Tech is an interesting one. Previously, he spent eight years as a chef, honing his culinary skills. However, in 2022, he made a career change and relocated from Myrtle Beach to Pittsburgh to pursue his passion for maintenance work.

When Chris isn't hard at work, you'll likely find him hunting in the woods from sun up to sun down.
